I’m an ex firefighter current paramedic who has been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, asthma, and anemia after years of firefighting. I have been through multiple heart surgeries, have a mass being removed next week on my pancreas that is cancerous and have not been able to work due to complications from my cardiac surgery, and now dangerously low anemia. I have two young children who are my everything and god forbid something happens during my double surgery next week, I’m asking for something to have left for them. Anything matters and I appreciate everyone reading and considering me and my family. Thank you
