Help a Paralyzed Father of Four Keep His Family Afloat
Hi, my name is Dan Kwiatkowski, and I’m humbly asking for help during the most difficult time of my life.
After a devastating car accident, I was left paralyzed from the neck down. I’m now a C5-C6 incomplete quadriplegic. Before this happened, I was the full-time provider for my wife and our four children. Now, I spend most days in intensive physical therapy—8 to 9 sessions a week—alongside ongoing doctor visits and medication.
I’m doing everything I can to figure out how to work again despite my limitations, but right now, we’re overwhelmed. The bills are stacking up, and our family is struggling to stay above water.
We urgently need help with:
• Groceries and food for the kids
• Gas and transportation for therapy and school
• Medical equipment and dental work
• Car repairs and basic household bills
• Insurance and everyday essentials
My family are the most important people in the world to me. They didn’t ask for any of this, but they’re being affected the most. I’m doing my best, but I simply can’t keep up right now, and that’s why I’ve put my pride aside to ask for help.
Whether you can give $1 or $50, every bit brings us closer to breathing room, stability, and hope. Even if you can’t donate, sharing this with others can make a world of difference.
Thank you for reading. Thank you for caring. From my heart and from my family, thank you.
With love and gratitude,
Dan
