Hello, my name is Joseph Walker. I’m 44, living in the city of Marietta, Georgia. For years, I have dedicated my life to securing others and also providing shelter and a shoulder to lean on for those who needed it. Now, at my age, I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and a few other things related to the heart. I have been through many procedures within the last few weeks to keep me alive and get my heart back on rhythm. However, I have been advised of my baseline life expectancy. I won’t disclose that information; just know the average person may not have taken the same information as well as I am. The great thing, though, is I have been advised that if I take my medication, I will stretch that expectancy way past the baseline, maybe even another 30-40 years. The problem is I’m not working and I’m waiting for disability, so my medication and transportation to get medication, as well as food, is really unstable. My previous good deeds in the world do not warrant me any favors in this life, and I understand that. I am just hoping that I can find good souls that will pay it forward and help me see more time in life. If so, it is greatly appreciated, and if not, your prayers are just as greatly appreciated. Thank you for at least taking the time to read this.
