Hi, ou names are Kelly and Farrell and we are reaching out on behalf of my cousin Jennifer Mack and her daughter Evie Munoz.
Evie is 18 years old and has been recently diagnosed with Tumefactive Multiple Sclerosis — a rare and aggressive form of MS that mimics the symptoms of brain tumors. This heartbreaking diagnosis has upended Evie’s life and her family’s. She has been in and out of the hospital with debilitating pain, mobility loss, and cognitive challenges. Some days, she cannot walk. Other days, she struggles with things she used to do easily just months ago.
Jennifer is a single mom of four, two of whom still live at home along with Evie. She is currently going to school full-time in hopes of becoming a nurse, driven by a deep desire to create a better life for her family and to one day help others. Because of the demands of school and caring for her children—especially Evie—Jennifer is not able to work right now.
What’s even more inspiring is that Evie shares her mom’s dream. Despite all she’s going through, Evie still talks about becoming a nurse herself someday. She’s determined to keep fighting, keep healing, and give back to others in need, just like her mom.
Right now, this beautiful and hardworking family is facing incredible challenges. They do not have a running vehicle, making it extremely difficult to get to Evie’s medical appointments, school, or even the grocery store. And as you can imagine, the costs of healthcare, gas, and everyday living are adding up quickly.
We are asking for your support to help:
• Cover Evie’s ongoing medical expenses
• Pay for gas and transportation costs for vital appointments
• Help the family put a down payment on a reliable vehicle
• Ease the financial burden so Jennifer can focus on caring for her children and continuing her education
Both Jennifer and Evie are committed to giving back. With your help, they can get through this storm and come out stronger—ready to help others, just as they’ve been helped.
Any amount helps. Whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this story, your kindness means the world to this family.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
With love,
Kelly Nork and Farrell Linscott
