Easing Pain After Cancer: TATA to the TATAs!

In July 2024, I was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer. I had VATS surgery where they removed the cancerous tumor along with some of my lungs. In order to get to the cancer, they had to break one of my ribs.

A year later, my rib healed out of place, pressing on nerves, and I struggle with enormous pain daily. The rib is right under my left breast.

Doctors are trying to find a way to fix the rib or use nerve blockers, but nothing seems to be helping.

A lot of the pressure and sharp pains are a result of the size of my breasts, which are DD. The doctor suggested breast reduction, but who has that kind of funds laying around?

Seeking help to ease my pain any way possible. I am reaching out to the community to help me live a life again. It’s so painful even to the touch, but the pressure of my breasts is making it worse.

I am grateful and blessed to still be alive and in remission, but now live with chronic rib pain. I just want to feel normal again.
