Project: Juno, Nanomachines for Cancer Treatment

A Vision of Precision, A Future Without Pain

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read about Project Juno. My name is Kenn Reed, and I’m the founder of this initiative, created out of a deep desire to transform the way we treat cancer — not just to extend life, but to improve the quality of it. The name “Project: Juno” will be the place holder name for the time being.

Cancer treatment today is often brutal. Chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery can save lives — but they can also ravage the body, cause debilitating side effects, and exhaust the patient physically and emotionally. I believe there is a better path forward: one that targets cancer with precision, minimizes collateral damage, and redefines what healing looks like.

That belief is what inspired Project: Juno — a groundbreaking vision to use nanomachines for the delivery of cancer treatment.

What is Project: Juno?

Project Juno is focused on developing and researching nanomachines — microscopic robotic systems capable of navigating through the human body at a cellular level. These nanoscale devices are designed to:

Detect and recognize cancer cells with extreme precision

Deliver therapeutic agents directly to the tumor site

Bypass healthy tissues to reduce side effects

Monitor cellular response and adapt in real time

The goal is not only to make treatment more effective, but also less invasive, more humane, and easier to administer for patients undergoing the fight of their lives.

Why I’m Doing This

I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of technology and human health. But what solidified my path into oncology was a realization: the struggle of undergoing treatment shouldn’t be a second battle on top of the disease itself. Watching friends and family endure pain and uncertainty during chemotherapy treatments made one thing clear — we need smarter, gentler, and more efficient solutions.

I aspire to enter the field of oncology not just to treat cancer, but to change how we treat it.

This is why Project: Juno exists. It’s not just a research initiative — it’s a mission to empower patients, physicians, and researchers with a better way forward.

What We’re Raising Funds For

To bring Project: Juno to life, funding is critical. Your contributions will help with:

Early-stage research and prototyping of nanomachines

Collaborations with bioengineers, oncologists, and nanotech experts

Laboratory materials and simulation software

Filing for research permits and institutional approvals

Outreach and educational efforts to build a supportive community

Every dollar gets us closer to a world where cancer can be treated with precision, speed, and compassion.

The Future We’re Building

Imagine a cancer treatment as easy as taking a pill — where millions of nanomachines enter the bloodstream, seek out rogue cells, neutralize them, and leave the body without harming anything else.

That’s not science fiction. With your support, it can be our reality.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.

Easy and Simple setup

Starting a fundraiser has never been easier. In few steps, you can launch your campaign and begin accepting donations.

Secure Donations

We use industry-leading security to ensure your personal and payment information stays safe and private. Give with confidence.

Full Donor Protection
