Help Save a Son’s Sight – A Lifeline for His Blind Father
Dear all good Samaritans and well-wishers,
This is a desperate appeal to all with a kind heart. In the remote village of Elwak in Kenya, an elderly, legally blind man is struggling to survive. He is not alone—he also cares for his two elderly siblings, his mentally ill brother, and his destitute sister, all of whom are vulnerable and have no one else in the world.
Their only source of care, food, and safety is his son, who is in his late 40s who is partially blind himself, and is now at the edge of total blindness. Without immediate surgery, this son will lose his vision completely. When that happens, an entire destitute family will be left in darkness, with no one to feed, clothe, or lift them. They are extremely poor. There are days without food. Most days without hope. But you can change that.
We are Raising Funds For:
Eye surgery to save the son’s remaining sight, Transportation, and medical follow-up.
Basic food and care for the elderly father and his sibling.
Support for the son’s own young family, who are also affected.
This family’s survival depends entirely on this one man’s ability to see.
How You Can Help:
$5 can feed this family for a day.
$20 can help with transport to the hospital.
$100 brings us closer to surgery.
Any amount helps save a son’s vision, and this family
We are humbly asking you:
If you can give, please do; if you are unable, please share this page. Your voice matters just as much. Your donation will not only save eyesight—it will save lives.
With gratitude and hope,
Ibrahim
