My name is Julie and am raising funds for medical expenses. My husband and I left work, upon his retirement in November 2024. This opened the door for me to get some medical attention for abdominal pain I’d been having for a few months. I was immediately hospitalized with 3 infections, which had perferated my colon and treated with antibiotics. We were able to get insurance in January 2025, and after colonoscopy, I was diagnosed with Colon cancer on January 29th. The insurance has been great. Deductible was met in the first 2 months, however, the hospital that performed colonoscopy, and anesthesiologist from ct scans, etc. have sent statements, showing what insurance did not pay. I am on week 5 of chemo. I’m feeling ok and looking for online work from home; however. Any monetary help at all would be much appreciated.
