In January 2019, I went into complete kidney failure and had severe double pneumonia. I collapsed and was taken to the hospital. I was in five different hospitals for three months straight. While I was in the first hospital, I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. My road to recovery has been slow. Given my lengthy stay in the hospital, I accumulated some fairly significant medical bills. Additionally, my oral chemotherapy medication is $18,000 a month. I paid off the last of my hospital bills, but I still owe more than $6000 in credit card expenses that have accumulated. My multiple myeloma is in remission, but I have trouble finding a job because I am legally blind. I am completely blind in my right eye, and my best-corrected vision in my left eye is 20/300. I draw disability because of that, but I am afraid that I am going to die and leave that credit card debt to my family. Any funds I raise will go directly to paying off that debt. Any assistance that you can give would be greatly appreciated. God bless you.
