Hi, I’m 74 years old and am living on my social security. I live alone and I am very proud to say that I have lived without having a credit card for the last 20 years.

I am running into two problems at the same time. I have only 4 teeth that support the bridge I’ve had for about 5 years. Those teeth need to be pulled and I need a set of dentures. My insurance will only pay 50%. In addition, a Colgard Test shows a result that means I need a colonoscopy. As all “mature” (older) adults do, I really hate to ask for any help, especially financial help.

I will be thankful for any help you can offer.
