Hi, my name is Cristian. Since March 21st, I’ve been struggling with ongoing health issues that have made it hard to function — especially at work. I’ve seen two licensed physicians and even went to the ER in April for a full evaluation. I was told I needed to see a specialist, but the only one available in Oklahoma was severely booked with patients — the earliest appointment wasn’t until August.
Out of desperation and needing answers sooner, I traveled to Mexico, where I was finally able to see a specialist. In just one day, I went through testing and was diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori — a serious bacterial infection that affects the stomach and causes pain, fatigue, and digestive problems.
Because of this, I’ve missed a lot of work hours — not just due to bad weather (which already cuts into our pay), but because I physically haven’t been able to keep up. I normally work over 50 hours a week, but recently I’ve struggled to complete a full week. It’s been hard trying to balance my health, work, and the stress of falling behind on bills.
Any support — no matter how small — would mean a lot. Your help will go toward medical expenses, travel costs, and making up for lost income as I recover.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story and for any help you can give.
