Cover my doctor and medicine co-pays and other bills.

I worked up through the end of last year. Due to my various back problems and issues with my diabetes and pancreas, I am currently unable to work.

I have lost down from 130 pounds to 105 in 6 months without trying. I have received epidural and nerve block injections in my back several times. They have put me on pain medication for chronic back pain.

I have tried to work but I am not able to work more than a couple hours at a time.

My other health problems cause me to pass out and sometimes even have seizures.

I am not able to pay for all my doctor and medicine co-pays. My family has been supporting me all they can but it is getting difficult for them to continue doing so.
