Beverly’s Fight: Health and Financial Aid

My name is Beverly and my family and I are struggling like most because I’ve gotten in bad health. I lost my job in December and lost my car in November, and it has rolled downhill. I’m a type 2 diabetic, I’m bipolar, and I have major depression. Some of my meds are expensive, and I need help to cover them. Because I’m on foot, I need help with money for transit. It’s $9.00 each way and more if I go to a different Parish.
