Hi everyone, my mom, Patricia Diaz, is unfortunately going through a tough medical situation. To those who may be unaware my mom has Stage 4 Colon cancer and has had cancer since September 2023. Initially, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon cancer. She went through rounds of chemotherapy and radiation to control the cancer as much as possible. However, the cancer was still very aggressive, so much so that eventually the cancer ended up spreading to her liver and lungs. Around August 2024, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon cancer. She also was admitted to the ER 5 times in the past 10 months because, among other complications such as a colostomy operation, and an abscess drain operation, the pain from the cancer was too much to bear with normal medication alone. While she still has a lot of will to live, the situation is still very critical because of the fact that medical costs, bills, as well as rent are causing us to struggle.
We do our best to show her the best time and shower her with love but it’s incredibly difficult to see people you care about in constant pain, and being helpless in the matter. Furthermore, we are doing everything in our power to make her comfortable and keep her living as long as she can. There are clinical trials, however they are very costly and time consuming to obtain. Any amount you can donate will be sincerely appreciated and will be used solely for either her treatment or expenses. If you would like to donate, again I would like to reiterate, please do so if it’s within your ability.
If you would like to donate to us directly through Zelle, the phone number is (3 1 0) 5 9 1 – 9 3 8 6
