Mi nombre es Ramón castellano , actualmente tengo 23 años, pero he venido batallando con un tumor en la medula espinal desde hace más de 4 años, este estaba presionando la misma y me dejó completamente inmóvil en una silla dé ruedas, fui operado de emergencia y se logró sacar el tumor, al pasar el tiempo con terapias recupere mi movilidad, mi familia y yo estábamos felices. todo había salido bien , al pasar poco más de un año comence a sentir que de nuevo estaba teniendo dificultades para caminar y tomar cosas con las manos , día a día empeoraba , me repitieron la resonancia, el tumor había regresado, ya prácticamente de nuevo sin movimiento había q operarme de nuevo, en pabellón hubieron complicaciones con una arteria que se rompió y casi me lleva a la muerte , por este motivo el tumor no se pudo extirpar en su totalidad, fui a UCI varios días , salí de UCI y la herida se me abrió ,tuve q ser llevado de nuevo a pabellón y restaurar, después de unas semanas me dieron de alta , lastimosamente debido a una infección comencé a botar Líquido cefaloraquideo por una fístula , todo se complicó, y fui resuturado dos veces más , al fin con tratamiento y cuidados la fístula cerró supuestamente, sin embargo a pesar de las terapias y de los esfuerzos no logro recuperarme, si no al contrario día a día empeoró , ya no tengo nada de movilidad, y de nuevo me encuentro en silla de ruedas , al hacer de nuevo la resonancia encuentran la presencia de un pseudomeningocele (acumulación de Líquido cefaloraquideo) que está de nuevo comprimiendo mi medula , motivo por el cual me encuento está situación, debo ser intervenido de nuevo y de emergencia, ya que mi situación en cualquier momento puede empeorar, y está vez tienen q colocarme una válvula programable espinal, que tiene un costo de 3200$, solo la válvula, si contar con los gastos de quirófano, honorarios de los médicos , e insumos especiales entre otros , se calculan 10.000$ , por eso me veo en la necesidad de pedir ayuda , por favor , lo hago en nombre de Dios, agradezco su apoyo de ante mano y les doy las gracias infinitamente
