Hi I’m Bill DeCosmo. I was a small business owner until I broke my neck. Currently I am dealing with more back treatments and other family emergencies .

With all the back and neck surgeries I have had I depleted my savings. Even with my compromised health and pain I still help out my neighbors and others when I can.
