Help Me Recover After Spinal Tumor Surgery
About two years ago, I was diagnosed with a tumor in my spine. On March 11 of this year, I underwent surgery to remove it. Although the surgery was successful, my life has changed drastically since then.
Right now, I’m in recovery and unable to work. My doctor has told me that I’ll need at least a year to regain enough function to be more independent—though not fully recovered. At the moment, I deal with several daily challenges: I have limited feeling in my legs, I use diapers, and I rely on wipes and other medical supplies that aren’t always covered by insurance. I can walk, which I’m grateful for, but it’s still very difficult, and I need time and care to heal.
I’ve had to quit my job to focus entirely on recovery, and that has placed a financial burden on me. I’m currently on disability, but it’s not enough to cover all my needs. That’s why I started this fundraiser—to help pay for essential items like diapers, wipes, and to help cover my basic living expenses while I recover.
Every little bit helps. If you’re able to donate or share this with others, I would be deeply grateful. Thank you so much for your kindness and support during this difficult time.
With love and hope,
