Hello Friends and Family,
I’m reaching out with a humble request for support during a difficult time and please know that this is significantly hard for me to do. I’ve been dealing with shoulder pain and dysfunction since my injury in November that has gradually worsened over time and after trying various treatments such as injections and physical therapy, surgery is the next step to get me back to full health. My shoulder surgery is scheduled for June 30th, and while I’m hopeful it will be successful in repairing the damage and getting me back to where I need to be, it also comes with significant medical expenses and the need to take time off work to recover.
As many of you know, I work full-time as a PTA, and also at my local country club and as a personal trainer after hours. I love helping my patients and clients improve their lives, and it’s tough for me to take this time off.
The costs of the surgery, follow-up treatments, and the income I’ll miss while I’m off work during recovery are adding up quickly. I’m doing my best to manage everything, but I could really use some help to cover the following:
- Surgical costs and medical bills
- Physical therapy and follow-up care
- Lost wages during my recovery period
