I am living with kidney disease diabetes and high blood pressure And enlarged prostate & and heart issues I’m having a hard time making hands meet I’m 67 years old my mental stage is over the top most of the time I think about dying or even doing something to myself I’m religious I pray I just need help financially my hospital bills is over the top I have no insurance I just need a helping hand with all these medical issues I’m probably going to die soon anyway
