Help Cathy Gaspard Gain Mobility Again

I would like to help Cathy “ Seraine” Gaspard. She suffered a stroke leaving her paralyzed completely on her left side. She has full mental capabilities but cannot move around on her own in a regular wheelchair chair. She is in a nursing home and would like a motorized/ joystick operated wheel chair to be able to leave her bed and room. Medicare nor Medicare will not help her because she is in an assisted living facility . Had she applied before being brought there she would have qualified. But once you go in, they pay nothing. And to top it off, the home takes all of her monthly checks. Thus, she cant even save up to purchase her own. Please help me help her get mobility back in her life. Just being able to move around the facility instead of laying in bed staring at the ceiling , 4 walls and the TV is no way to live. Please help me help her get mobility.
