My nephew was born 06/16/25 he was rushed to the NICU after birth to get extra oxygen and found out he had acid in his blood. He was then transferred to Little Rock children’s hospital to get cooling therapy to get his temperature down so there was no brain damage. He has gotten a feeding tube, picc line, catheter, seizure monitors, iv’s, and a blood pressure monitor in his belly button. He has been taken off of the cooling blanket to warm him up. We are waiting to get him a MRI to see if he has any brain damage. Hopefully he will be able to eat tonight to get the feeding tube out and mom and dad got to hold the baby today for the first time! Hopefully we hear good news by Monday. Anything would help even just a simple prayer for our family in this hard time!
