Hi, my name is Raschel, and I’m a mom doing everything I can to help my two sweet, spirited boys—ages 6 and 4—get the dental care they need.
Both of my sons are facing serious dental issues that require treatment under general anesthesia. Unfortunately, they have a very hard time staying calm and still during dental visits, and because of their young age, anesthesia is the only safe and effective way to complete the necessary procedures. Sadly, the dental provider does not offer payment plans, and the out-of-pocket costs are more than I can afford on my own.
My 4-year-old had an accident while playing outside and has already had to have several teeth pulled. It was heartbreaking to watch, but it was necessary to prevent infection and pain. Now, we’re trying to avoid further trauma by staying ahead of his dental needs.
My 6-year-old had part of a filling done a while ago, but we couldn’t complete the treatment because he wasn’t under anesthesia at the time. Since then, his tooth has been causing him a lot of pain. Watching him struggle through the discomfort has been incredibly difficult, and I’m desperate to get him the care he needs.
Both of my boys are kind-hearted, energetic kids with a wild side and big personalities. They deserve to smile and laugh without the fear or pain that dental issues bring.
