My name is Jeff, and i was left untreated as you see here, with oral cellulites, sepsis, osteonecrosis of the jaw, even though i qualifified in the purpose and scope of oral care provider Accerta’s Dental Special Care Plan. Since i arguably have the lowest bone density recorded at -4.6, and the lowest recorded being -3.6 for a 100 year old, this bone density lack, would translate to the oral cavity.
In 2011, after years of dental proceedures, i tried to have full upper dentures. I was told not enough bone, necrotic tissue, and that i needed jaw reconstruction and implants. Accerta’s Dental Special Care Plan is designed to meet this need by providing funding for one whose disabity affects the oral health. I worked 50 hours a week and dealt with all of this until the sepsis became systemic in 2018. I had to file a lawsuit against Accerta oral insurance to force compliance with their care plan. Since the pathology was left to grow for so many years, it took me years to resolve surgeries. This precluded me from competative employment, and led to steep debt service. When i was laid off, and EI ran out, i could not afford to renew my Insurance licenses, and i defaulted on all debt, and lost all. I need your help to get my home back, and to allow me to work again as i love my work. When i saw that the surgeries were taking too long to resolve, i made another claim against Accerta and MCCSS, for indemnity. It became clear that since the negligence could not be argued, they simply refused to hear this in court. Please read my review of The Ministry Of The Attorney General, and of Accerta.
