My name is Ramsey, and I’m facing foot surgery at Shannon hospital. Right now, I can’t walk without crutches or a scooter, and I’m unable to put any weight on my foot at all. I’m in the process of scheduling an MRI so my doctors can move forward with the surgery. This injury has made it extremely difficult to manage daily tasks and get around, and it’s been a tough time trying to stay positive while dealing with the pain and uncertainty.
Since I’ve been out of work, my husband has been paying all the bills on his own. Now, with the added medical expenses and no insurance, it’s become overwhelming for us. We’re doing our best to get through this, but we can’t cover everything on our own.
