Hello everyone! My name is Rafael Troconis Santos. First, I would like to thank this app for giving us the opportunity to help my cousin Fanny Font Santos, the lady in the photo. She’s having a very difficult time with Acute Myeloid Leukemia; she’s been battling this terrible disease for over nine months. Living in Venezuela, a country under a dictatorship, her financial situation doesn’t allow her to afford the treatment to fight this disease.
