My name is Blake Coalson. A very close friend/co-worker just recently broke his kneecap about 2 months ago. He went through surgery and was in rehab, finally got back to work. He had an accident and slipped and fell the other day, bent the screws in his knee, and broke his kneecap again. He will have to have another surgery on June 18th and will have to do all the rehab all over again. His name is Tyler Church. One of the most hardworking/loyal guys that I know. The medical bills are piling up, and his fiancée is working 2 jobs to make ends meet. I decided to start him a fundraiser to help him as much as possible.
