Hi, I’m Becca. Those who know me are aware that I have had a need for spinal surgery for 10 years. For many reasons, I pushed this off and tried everything I possibly could to avoid this. I’m now 30, the tear in my disc is 5mm, and it has caused a significant reduction in quality of life.
I found an alternative to surgery, the Discseel procedure, where they inject fibrin to help your disc heal itself instead of fusing my spine together and losing some mobility.
Unfortunately, this procedure isn’t covered by insurance and is over 12k. They don’t offer payment plans, and I just desperately want to be able to walk, exercise, and honestly just sit comfortably.
Literally anything would help, and I appreciate the time it takes to get to know this story.
