Hi, my name is John Kuhn. I am an amputee with stage 4 kidney disease. I have broken my back in four places and recently broke my hip last December. My wife has been out of work as well for the last 8 months from recent surgeries. We are trying to raise money because we both have medical bills piling up as I am currently on dialysis and am needing a kidney transplant and my wife is currently still out of work. We would greatly appreciate any help we can get! God bless!
