I recently had a procedure done where there were 14 blood clots found on the left side of my body. It nearly took me out. Check your health when there are signs; go to the hospital. I have two children that need me. Without this surgery, there will be no dad for another Father’s Day for my kids. I’ll make it this one, but without this surgery, I may not make it to the next, or the next, or the next. This economy is a struggle for all of us. I’m not asking to change the world; I’m just asking for a little assistance. Many times, us men are overlooked, and most don’t know how to reach out and ask for help. It’s taken me a lot of courage and a lot of thought to even go through this. I’m here, I’m reaching out, I’m asking for help.
