Helping a hardworking mother mom heal after surgery

Hi, my name is kenyetta, and I’m reaching out with a humble heart for your support during one of the most challenging times in my life.

I am a dedicated, hardworking mother doing my best to provide for my children while juggling work and all of life’s responsibilities. I currently work part-time, which helps me stay involved in my children’s lives, but unfortunately, it also means I don’t qualify for short-term disability benefits.

I’ve recently been told that I need to undergo surgery. While it’s necessary for my health and future well-being, it also comes with a serious burden: I won’t be able to work during my recovery. With no paid leave, no disability coverage, and no family nearby to lean on, I’m facing several weeks without income—and no way to keep up with rent, groceries, or basic bills.

This is not easy for me to ask. I’ve always been someone who tries to make it work on my own. But right now, I need help.

Your support will go directly toward:

•Rent and utilities while I’m recovering

•Groceries and household needs

•Transportation and any medical-related expenses

•Peace of mind so I can heal and return to work as soon as I’m able

Every donation, no matter how small, makes a huge difference. And if you can’t give, just sharing this with others would mean the world.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read this and for your kindness.

With gratitude,

Kenyetta Wheeler

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
