A very true best friend of mine, Stephanie, was diagnosed with stage 3 liver disease at a very young age of 41. She is officially considered jaundice because of her liver and her body is retaining fluids.
She is currently working 2 full time jobs trying to make ends meet on her sole income to keep afloat but most of her income goes to her monthly living expenses.
She is supposed to be undergoing dialysis as well as 2 surgeries but has had no choice but to post pone due to having to make the choice of loosing her home due to no income. She is currently picking up extra shifts at both jobs trying to save for the time she will have to miss work to keep afloat but with the added medical expenses it is making things more difficult for her.
I am asking any one to please find it in your heart to help my best friend. My sister by heart during this difficult time. I would love for her to not have to choose home over life. I would love for her to be able to get the medical treatments she needs to prolong her life as well as keep her home.
