Hi, my name is Eliza, I’m 22 years old, and I have spinal stenosis in L2-L5 with 6mm narrowing as well as tendonitis in my hands. It has been tough for me to do anything, and I’m always in pain. I am currently going to College at the University of Toledo for Education. I’m hoping to continue, but at the moment, I cannot find a job that has worked for me, and I am struggling to make my car payments. If I can’t pay for my car, I cannot continue my education because I can’t walk enough to get to a bus. I know it is a long shot, but I’m willing to try anything to get help because I am struggling, not only physically, but mentally, just trying to deal with it all. Anything would help. I appreciate anyone’s support.
P.S.- Yes, I have applied for disability, but it is taking a long time for a response. I’m worried I may not “qualify”. I am currently trying new things every day with my doctor, but it’s basically surgery or do nothing now.
