I never make posts or reach out like this unless it was something extremely important and dire, I need help.
Hello, my name is Jewel. I am a struggling 21 year old who lives paycheque to paycheque and is struggling to make ends meet. I was experiencing pain for 2 weeks in my lower and upper abdomen, I’m not a hospital person so I toughed it out until my older urged me to go to the emergency room, when I did- I was put through 4 long hours of testing and bloodwork just to be told “we have no idea what is wrong with you.” Which is normal for the hospital I went to but I can 100% feel there was something wrong and I knew I wasn’t going to get proper treatment in this hospital. I had to use my credit card and last bit of my savings to travel to the city in order to get the help I needed, I have been here since June 1st, it’s is now June 12th and I’ve been out of a job since then, bills have been building up and has drained my savings/credit card to the point- I can’t even afford my own medicine that’s going to save my life. I’m not on insurance, I’m not treaty, it’s just me.
I am struggling to make ends meet and I need help.
I need help for my travel funds, my stay in the city while undergoing treatment and for my medicine.
