Hello, my name is Brice, I’m Yamile’s mother, and I’m asking for your support so I can give my daughter the chance to regain her face and her confidence.
When Yamile was little, she suffered a terrible accident while we were cooking. A domestic oversight turned into a nightmare: a severe burn affected much of her face. Although we did everything possible to help her at the time and she received initial medical attention, the physical and emotional aftereffects of that day are still with her.
Today, Yamile has grown, but the marks on her face remain. These scars not only affect her skin, but also her self-esteem, her social and emotional life. As a mother, I’ve seen how she struggles every day to feel confident… and that’s why I’m running this campaign: to help her receive life-changing reconstructive surgery.
What is the money needed for?
The goal of this campaign is to cover the costs of:
• Consultations with plastic surgeons specializing in burns
• Facial reconstructive surgery
• Medications, dermatological treatments, and postoperative care
• Transfers to specialized hospitals or clinics outside of our city if necessary
• Psychological support to accompany the emotional process

• Sending a message of support or simply wishing us strength.
Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to the hope of seeing Yamile smile without fear of the mirror or the world. As a mother, nothing hurts me more than seeing her suffer, and nothing I want more than to see her heal.
