Hello my name is Ashley and I am trying to raise money to save my dogs life! I normally don’t do this, I have fallen on hard times, between my health issues regarding cancer and being a full time mom working and going to school full time, i have officially ran into a hardship. My dog chichi fell very ill this past week. I took her to the vet today and I found out she has Pyometra. Pyometra is a life-threatening bacterial infection that fills the uterus with pus. I do not qualify for care credit or any other line of credit. We have had chichi since she was a puppy and we do not want to loose her, she is part of this family.
The vet (Animal kindness) has chichi tonight on a IV (antibiotics) and pain meds. She has a low platelet count, a low red blood cell count with a high white blood cell count. Tomorrow if she is strong enough they plan to do surgery in the morning then keep her for another night. They priced this surgery to range from 2800-3800 depending on any complications.
