Hi there, my name is Saffron Kammeraad née Polando. I’ve unfortunately been faced with a multitude of medical issues, ranging from cardiological to neurological. It’s been going on for over a year, and due to being too sick to work or make income, I’ve had to rely on my parents for support. However, they are facing financial struggles themselves due to the current economic situation, and I’ve been unable to get the tests my doctors have ordered for me completed on time for my follow-ups.
My goal is to be approved for SSI disability income, which I already qualify for, however due to not being able to pay for medical testing such as nerve tests and MRIs, I don’t have the proper medical charts to submit to Social Security. The sooner I get these tests done, the sooner I can receive a diagnosis and receive the proper support I qualify for from the government, and receive medical aids such as a wheelchair and other devices.
I greatly appreciate any donation amount as I understand first-hand how difficult it can be to pay for even basic necessities.
