Hi, my name is Page and I’m a 53-year-old grandma of 6 beautiful grandkids. I have recently been let go from a non-profit organization and have lost my insurance and don’t qualify for Medicaid in the state of South Dakota. There was a miscommunication with my doctor’s office and nursing which has left me with no life-saving diabetic medication (Ozempic for my type 2 diabetes, which I’ve been on for over a year).
I’m not even asking for the money for myself but to send the money to Lewis West Gate Pharmacy in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in my name, Page Ducheneaux. If it wasn’t so expensive, other entities (like the county) would help me. I have found help but it won’t be for another month or two. So I’m trying to avoid losing my new job due to sugar spikes and feeling like crap going cold turkey off Ozempic. I’ve never done this for myself, and I pray that someone or someones can help me.
