Help Elizabeth Get Essential Medications

Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I am presently waiting for my disability. I am in the 4th quarter and am scheduled for X-rays on Friday, June 13th for the disability administration. On Saturday, June 14th, I am going to the disability administration’s doctor for a physical.

I am in desperate need of 2 medications that I am presently out of. One is for my thyroid because I have Graves’ disease, and one is for my blood pressure. I have no money at all. I also need a co-pay for an appointment I have at my specialist on Friday the 13th, whom I see once a month. I also need gas money to go to these 3 appointments that I mentioned already. I have someone to drive me but no gas money. I would greatly appreciate any help given. Thank you sincerely, Elizabeth Davis.
