Aneldis Needs Your Help for Life-Saving Care

I opened a fundraiser approximately one year ago on behalf of Ines Gonzalez to help her pay costly medical treatments for her daughter Aneldis. Unfortunately, she still needs help, any help! The fundraiser only raised around $2800, which helped tremendously. I posted an update that she was feeling better and waiting for a heart transplant. That transplant has not happened, and her condition is again taking a turn for the worse. This family needs help.

Aneldis is now 10 years old and has a congenital heart disease that requires a heart transplant. Her family resides in the Dominican Republic and does not have the funds required for her specialized care. Ines has reached out to me devastated as she watches her daughter fed through a feeding tube. Please help us save this beautiful child. My name is Glenny Almonte, and I took on the effort to help raise funds for Aneldis’s treatments. The funds will go directly to Aneldis’ treatments and medicines. Below are some of the conditions she needs treatments for:

Dilated cardiomyopathy

Mitral insufficiency

Diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle

Diastolic dysfunction grade III

Aortic insufficiency

I have posted pictures; they are not easy to see… also a video of her last year when we were able to raise funds and get her better medical care, and she was able to eat. If anyone knows of a program or anything that can help Aneldis get a heart transplant please share.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
