On April 10th, our family’s world turned upside down when our beloved daughter, Tina, received the diagnosis of ALL – Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. What started as a small red patch on her belly accompanied by recurrent fevers swiftly spiraled into a relentless confrontation with this aggressive cancer. Tina’s journey has been one of courage, resilience, and unwavering determination
Tina’s battle against Leukemia has been nothing short of awe-inspiring. Despite challenging rounds of chemotherapy and kidney complications, Tina has remained a shining example of courage and optimism. Her medical team at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia has provided assurances of a promising 80-90% cure rate, as long as she continues to respond positively to treatments.
Yet, the journey ahead is long and challenging. Tina will undergo at least another six months of rigorous weekly chemotherapy sessions, each one taking a toll on her body. While we remain hopeful for her full recovery, the weight of mounting medical expenses looms heavily upon us.
This is why we are turning to our community for support. With our inability to work due to Tina’s condition requiring our constant care and frequent hospital visits, we humbly seek your generosity. Your contributions will ease the financial strain of Tina’s medical care, ensuring she receives the optimal treatment needed on her path to remission.
