The Nobody Foundation is honored to participate in the United Houma Nation’s 13th Annual “Celebrating Abilities/Disabilities” Pow Wow, focusing on Autism Awareness, taking place June 28–29, 2025, at the Barry P. Bonvillain Civic Center in Houma, Louisiana. As part of our commitment to accessible healthcare, we will provide approximately 500 free wellness assessments, blood glucose checks, and basic eye exams, along with a complimentary pair of reading glasses. The wellness assessment includes measurements of blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation levels, as well as education on medication. This inclusive event, themed around Autism Awareness, celebrates the abilities and contributions of individuals with disabilities and features Native American dance competitions, cultural demonstrations, and local vendors. Admission is free, and all are welcome to attend this vibrant, family-friendly celebration.
The founders of the Nobody Foundation have served the community through both medical and nonmedical outreach for over 18 years, bringing compassion, care, and practical support to underserved populations. Additionally, we are a faith-based medical missions foundation.
