My son a former 82nd Airborne member is in Manila and has pneumonia . A Chinese hospital as the VA there is outpatient only.. they want all money up front! His finance and he doesn’t have money to put up.. if not they won’t treat him. Please any little bit will help so he can get back here to the USA for medical help.
