Hi! My name is Samuel and I have been socially transitioning for 5 years and a little over a year medically. This year I was approved for top surgery but unfortunately I can’t afford it by myself. Me and my fiancé both work full time jobs but we just don’t make enough to cover it alone. My surgery date is scheduled for July 29th 2025 but it has to be paid by July 14th.
