Tahan was diagnosed with both severe and very rare form of spina bifida and hydrohydrocephalus during birth where her spine did not form correctly causing her spinal cord to be damaged.
Tahan has already undergone many surgeries to help address some of the issues her diagnosis has and will cause. She will also undergo a couple more major surgeries in the near future such that they enable her to use wheel chair and as time goes to enable her walk. This diagnosis also means that Tahan and the mother as a single mother will routinely see specialists for the rest of her life.
Of course, the cost of this care, travel and time away from work creates significant stress on all of them including financially.
Tahan would also want to acquire education where a special tutor will be needed since she is a special need kid who needs a special care and attention. We appreciate all the people that have supported Tahan’s mother since birth and prayed for them as they walk through this.
Any donation to help is beyond appreciated. We know times are tough, so please know a prayer speaks volumes. Thank you so much.
