Help Deborah Walk Pain-Free Again

I have a friend that is very close to my wife and me. She works at China Inn in downtown Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and is on her feet all day. She is in need of surgery on both of her knees. One knee needs meniscus surgery, and the other needs a full knee replacement. She will need several months off of work because one surgery will follow the other, and she will need to travel across the country to have the more extensive surgery because she will need to stay with her daughter while she recovers. This is expensive for the travel cost as well as the time off of work. I wish I had the money to give her myself because she means the world to my wife and me. Please help if you can. She lives in a great deal of pain but has to support herself. Her name is Deborah.
