Meet Crystal — a woman of faith, strength, and compassion who continues to show up for others even while navigating some of life’s toughest challenges.
Crystal is living with serious medical conditions that require frequent doctor’s appointments, specialist visits, and ongoing care. She qualifies for free transportation due to her disabilities, but the system can be slow and inefficient — often involving long wait times and multiple stops. This makes it incredibly hard for her to maintain a consistent job, even though she is eager to work and support herself.
Crystal is also in recovery. She’s sober and committed to staying that way. She shows up for her community every day — helping other women navigate their own recovery, and being a source of strength and hope to those who need it. If she had a car, she could do even more: pick up women in recovery, be there in a crisis, and keep showing up in a way that inspires everyone who knows her.
We’re raising funds to get Crystal a reliable, safe car — not a luxury, but a lifeline. A car would give her:
• Independence to get to her medical appointments quickly and with dignity
• Flexibility to take on steady work that fits her health and recovery schedule
• Freedom to continue supporting others in the sober community
Crystal is doing everything she can to build a better life, and we want to meet her halfway. Every dollar gets her closer to a fresh start — one where she has the tools she needs to heal, thrive, and keep giving back.
